Short hair styles for marching band? PLEAE HELP!?

I have short hair already, but it is too short to go under my hat, but too long to just have it down. (about chin level all the way around) I can put the top up, not the back. So I want to get my hair cut to solve the problem, but I don't know any cute hair stules for girls, that don't make me look like a guy, but are still short enough to have my band hat on. Please help.

I have straight across bangs alittle longer then my eyebrows, but I put them back all the time.


I had fifteen clips in my hair and it still all fell out, and if i had french braids, the little piggy tails at the end would show. And I have layer in the back (the longest layer is the top, they said it was stacked hair).


I will try pretty much anything with my hair.Short hair styles for marching band? PLEAE HELP!?
