Short hair styling?

Okay, so I've got short hair, the back of it, ends, uhmm, like where my hair starts growing, that doesn't make sense uhmm, so it starts, no, it ends, 3 and a half cm's before that large sorta bumpy thing at the back of your neck, and then I have to longer bits near the front of my face, sorry, I'm not really good at explaining this, but I was wondering how I could make that look scene, lol, I know if dissed scenes in some of my answers, but I've decided to try it out, I mean, you won't know till you try it, so I was wondering if i could make it look scene...

You should spike the back, brush the front over one side to make kind of side swept bangs. Put highlights in the bangs and back. let the sides droop back and pin the top of the sides up and back. Just experiment! That's was scene is all about
well just have side bangs cut to make it look scene.
