and she's always had her hair long and layered and now she wants something way different and wants to cut it very short. do you think it'll look good on her or no?

yeah she would look great and when she gets it cut make you u do the third one and ask if they can put a little more color in and bring the picture with you so they know exactly what hairstyle and bring what color ur looking for

well if anything the third one is kinda cute. i think she should keep it long and get a lot of random layers [[: itd be cute!!! that look she wants is REALLLLY short. i dont like it much. but thats just me :D
I think your friend would really cute in a Kiera Knightly pixie. If she has never tried short hair, now is the time. You should encourage her to have it cut really short, it will look good on her.
