If my ears stick out (really far) can i still pull off a short hair style?

i accidently cut my hair kinda short, but only on one side (because i didnt want to do the other side and further screw it up.)

so for right now (until it grows out or i fix it) im stuck in ponytails...which i hate because my ears stick out pretty far....(a fact that my dear friends never let me forget)

so do you think i might still be able to pull off a hair style like these? (do you think it would look very chic because of my semi-unique features, or just plain restarted?)

and i really like sort of choppy layer-ey looks...

some scene hair styles i really like, but i dont want anything too over-the-top.

I can't even tell that your ears stick out, it looks fine when they're covered up. The short and piecey hairstyle is kinda cute, but it would look cuter in a lighter brown. Very spring, don't change the cut!
