Do you have to use a razor? Like the same one you would shave your legs with for the 1st photo?



And for the 2nd photo (Beckham) do you just use the lowest setting on a hair cut device (that hairdressers use, the plug in thing)?



Also, what other care do you need to do if you are bald? I just want to try it out so it will grow back pretty fast, I will only be bald for maybe a week or two.

For the first one you should use a razor if you want completely smooth. However, a clipper with a #000000 blade will only leave 0.1mm of hair on the scalp. At the avg rate of growth of 0.5mm per day, this represents about 5 hour's hair growth, so even if a razor is used it won't make much difference in a few hours.

For a short butch haircut, it can look like a mess at #1 and even #2 guard length if pressing to hard on the clipper or if the scalp is relatively loose and this causes it to gather between the guard teeth bringing some of the scalp closer to the cutting blades. Professional clippers with blades that cut the exact length and have closely set teeth don't have this problem. A very short crew cut that is graduated in length on top and with the sides tapered shorter will suit more guys head shape, face shape, frontal hairline and facial features. For instance, this very short crew cut is graduated in length from about 5/8'; to 3/4'; at the center of the front hairline to about 1/4'; at the back of the crown. If you are bald or even with a short butch cut like Beckham in that photo, in the middle of summer with the sun directly overhead, a sun screen needs to be applied. The avg rate of hair growth is 1/8'; per week. This is why clipper guards are denoted in eighths of an inch. Each full guard number leaves another week's hair growth on the scalp. #3 guard leaves 3/8'; or three week's hair growth on the scalp, #4 guard leaves 4/8'; or four week;s hair growth on the scalp etc.

i think you should go for really short . but take while shaving you can still do dints using the hair cut device. really short hair gives this dark shade round the head and looks cool and you can still take care of your skin and hair to make it grow back better.

i think you just use the lowest setting on the clippers but you should probably go to the barber shop cause youd be suprised that its possible to mess up a buzz cut
